Our mission is to produce high quality biodiesel according to the European quality standard EN14214 and high sustainability index.
The annual capacity of the biodiesel production plant is 13,000 kilolitres of biodiesel. The state-of-the-art automated mechanical equipment enables the 24-hour operation of the plant, with remote monitoring and intervention of the production processes in order to achieve the strict quality levels set.
GRINCO ABBE has been created by the most qualified engineers in the biodiesel market. Its technology is among the most modern and automated.
The German company IBG-MONFORTS which has supplied the mechanical equipment has created a multitude of projects in the German and European biodiesel market. All the building facilities have been made with a view to providing a friendly and practical workplace for the company's staff.
The total storage space of raw materials and finished products amounts to 1,800tn, through an integrated Farm Tank.
It has two fully equipped chemistries for the analysis of both incoming raw material and finished product for delivery.
Energy crops
A great amount of GRINCO's raw materials come from sunflower and rapeseed.
Each year, more than 700 producers of energy crops (rapeseed & sunflower) trust GRINCO from different regions of Greece.
GRINCO receives the seeds of these plants from the field and takes care of their transportation for further processing and conversion into sustainable biodiesel.
Frying oils
GRINCO procures used cooking oils/frying oils either from its own network or from partner certified collection companies.
